Ben Pfaff noticed that, unlike floor() and ceil(), the function trunc()
is not declared by default on glibc systems. (The difference is in
/usr/include/bits/mathcalls.h.)
This should fix it.

* m4/trunc.m4 (gl_FUNC_TRUNC): Require gl_USE_SYSTEM_EXTENSIONS.
