Ok, will do so (s/HAVE_IO_H/__MSVCRT__).

I pushed an update (without this change) to the mob branch.  I will set
up my own repo.or.cz repository soon so that I can develop normally.

BTW, wine seems too buggy to support the native poll. :-(
