Hello, Running GNUstep-base-1.10.1-gui-0.9.4.exe works completely fine. When installing Gorm-0.11.0 after that, some library related problems arise.
Is it a very old gnustep-make that you are using ? 1.10 was released in September 2004 ... a *long* time ago ;-)
The MINGW32 building machinery have been rewritten since then! We are not using dllwrap/dlltool anymore :-)
So the main suggestion is getting more recent base/make/gui packages. I'm not entirely familiar with the Windows binaries, we don't seem to have anything more recent on the website ? :-(
To build from source, you can follow the instructions at -- http://www.gnustep.org/resources/documentation/User/GNUstep/README.MinGWThat will very likely work but it's a bit more troublesome than using the installer. :-(
--PS: For other developers ... How is the Windows installer created ? Is there a standard procedure ? Can I build general machinery into gnustep-make to build Windows installers ?
If anyone has got a working script / procedure to build a Windows installer, I'd be interested in looking at it ... ;-)
Thanks
