Details:

I have server with HP Smart Array RAID. Linux kernel names devices like:
/dev/cciss/c0d0, /dev/cciss/c0d0p1, ...
So there is problems with grub-probe, grub-install, etc.
I made a fix to this issue in util/biosdisk.c and grub-install now works fine
with hand-made device.map. This fix is just "copy-paste" of the same
functionality in case of DAC960 disks. There are also other files need to be
patched for full functionality (grub-probe still not working).
