No opinion other than history is preserved when converting, Jim
Meyering did some awesome convertions.

By the way, where is the GNU git repository available for miscfile project?
 
  2. As top level domains have native language domains already.
     Should we consider to accept it in our file? It will change the
     format of our file to UTF-8 or even UTF-16.  Otherwise, there
     can be 2 different files.  One as it stands today and new one
     only for native language domains.  The new file format would be
     UTF-x

No opinion, though looking at top-level.domains, I wonder about the
format,

AD:country-code:AndorraSTA Servei de Telecomunicacions d'Andorra

Is this supposed to be a semi-colon seperated list? If so, why is
there no semi-colon after the (English) country name?

Let me check it.
