Should we consider to accept it in our file? It will change the
format of our file to UTF-8 or even UTF-16. Otherwise, there
can be 2 different files. One as it stands today and new one
only for native language domains. The new file format would be
UTF-x
No opinion, though looking at top-level.domains, I wonder about the

Is this supposed to be a semi-colon seperated list? If so, why is
there no semi-colon after the (English) country name?
