It is in savannah cvs. www.gnu.org fetches webpages automagically
from savannah.

Unfortunately, savannah has a large amount of security paranoia -
they want you to get CVS/SSH shared keys.
I'm happy for anyone to get an account.

I just added tags for all versions between 1.6.11 and 1.6.17, and
added "cvs tag" to my release script.
