Sorry for not paying attention.
And this is with SETEdit which does support anchors, yes? (You can
tell if it does bny looking in the Tag Table of an Info file: the
anchors there begin with a "Ref:", not with a "Node:".)
I'm guessing that the problem might be with the fact that the
footnotes' node is called "Overview-Footnotes", but cross-reference
says "*note Overview-Footnotes-1::", which is the name of the anchor
that points to the first (and only, in this case) footnote in that
node.
Can you see if the same happens with all the other footnotes?
