Zebra & OSPF

I noticed that according to the web site, the last version hasn't come out since last year.  Is Zebra being maintained?  I guess you guys weren't kidding in the man page when you said zebra eats bugs for breakfast.

In the version distributed in RedHat 9, it seems there are a number of problems with the way Zebra interacts with itself and the OSPF daemon.  For example, when I try to start Zebra with OSPF commands in the saved Zebra.conf (as saved by Zebra with a write mem command), it fails to start because Zebra doesn't recognize the commands.

I also tried making by Linux box the DR by setting "ip ospf pri 255" on each of the OSPF interfaces,
yet, it doesn't seem to be accepting or participating in the routing at all.  Also, while working with it, (in vtysh) I also tried "no ip ospf pri 255" which didn't appear to work when doing a show run afterward.

BTW - the OSPF devices I'm communicating with are Cisco 2500 series routers running Cisco IOS 11.1 in various versions.  The routers are talking to each other in OSPF no problem.
