There is no official Windows version of CERTI. There are on-going
works but nothing in the CVS tree yet. Maybe the current stable
version runs with Cygwin but I'm not sure of this.

I will post a message on the certi-announce mailing list when a
Windows version is ready, but there is no schedule for this port.
