[certi-dev] Error to run CERTI

Hello,
I'm trying to run a model using CERTI, but this occurs the following error:
I can start rtig, but when running the model this error occurs:

Error: The application has failed to start because the side by side configuration is incorrect please see the application event log or use the command line sxstrace.exe tool for more detail

What can it be? How can I solve?
I'm using Win 7
