I've changed it in my 0.4.6 version ;)

not tested the actual...also I added commands/possibilities

to ban whole network ranges if where's some interest in...

That's what he wants you to believe but in fact, there is no

user type anymore, there is level and the level is coded

with an integer then you have something like 2^32 account

types :)
