[Denemo-devel] Placing commands on the title bar

I propose dropping the option in the right-click-on a-command-menu that
offers to place the command on the score titles bar. It is better for
users to put commands in palettes, not least because there is no
programmed way to remove buttons from the title bar.
This will not affect the ability of scripts to place buttons on the
titles bar, which is used for games.
Any objections, please shout.
