If you do Alt-v,1 at the start of staff 2 and Alt-v,2 at the start of
staff 3 this puts them in different voices on the same staff, and the
warnings disappear. Is that what you would like? There are all sorts of
other options to do with combining voices and making chords out of some
notes (that is you move some of the notes that are in staff 3 into staff
2 as chord-notes to the note already there).

It really comes down to what you would like to see.

Also, you need to use the Indent command to make room for the instrument
name "Piano", Denemo takes a guess at the right value for Indent when
you set the instrument name, but this "Piano" is special, being centred
on two staves.
