Yes, this is something covered in the manual, the "bar lines" in the
Denemo Display are notional, they help Denemo display the music in
"chunks" which usually correspond with bars, but LilyPond actually
decides on bar lines.

I updated the bug report to say that the tooltip should advise how to
make long cadenzas fit on the display.
