[Denemo-devel] New Preview Pane for Multi-line text and music

I have improved the interface for placing text etc so that the final
typeset appearance is presented next to the markup as you type it in.
This replaces the clunky way in which it previously displayed in the
Print View.

Please test for any bugs. Note that this interface is invoked for
editing simple titles etc (after first creation), as well as for several
other commands that can take LilyPond markup, such as Text Marks.

Available in binary format from tomorrow.
