  CRC (Canadian Research Center - something like NSF) made this proposal to
the SDR Forum. As far as I know, it is not accepted yet, and they don't want
to release the code before it is accepted.
  I am also implementing an SCA compliant SDR as my thesis and I am planning
to finish it by June.

Will the source be released openly? Have you looked at our code? Does it look like our current architecture can be linked into an SCA compliant base? I've heard that the SCA's CORBA approach may be too overweight to allow PC-based solutions like GNU Radio.
