Ok, after my initial (usual) outburst ...
I'd very much like to know on who's authority you're acting? As far as I
can tell, you hold no rights on GNUstep, so what lets you think you can
act on the copyright holder's place?
Especially since there IS NO status to clarify with regard to IP or
copyright infringement.
Apart from that: You do realise that not only will Apple Legal chew YOUR
arse (which I couldn't care less about) but also GNUstep's, don't you?
Which will result in EXACTLY what you claim you want to avoid.
