Sorry to inform you, but appearantly I was just making noise. After checking the tests.log file myself I realized where the tests where failing. A few minutes later it dogged on me that I was running the test suite as root, which didn't have GNUstep setup correctly (I generally don't run anything as root). Anyway, I made a lot of noise for nothing.
Disregard the previous tests, the only error I get when running as a user is the NSSavePanel, which you already said is a known problem.
