Summary:	Upgrade from 3.3 to 3.4 fails
Description:	I was trying to update an old 3.1 install to 3.4. It was doing fine ultil I got to the 3.3 to 3.4 upgrade, but then it triggered multiple errors. I logged them in the attached file.
