| Description: | I was trying to update an old 3.1 install to 3.4. It was doing fine ultil I got to the 3.3 to 3.4 upgrade, but then it triggered multiple errors.
I logged them in the attached file. |

for field localtax1_type ?
What is format of field currently ?
What happened if your run upgrade page a second time ?
Did you use 3.4 or 3.4.1 ?
