Summary: ObjectManager does not honour IObjectReference classes when applying
fixups
Original Submission: The ObjectManager does not use GetRealObject() call to
obtain the real instance when applying the fixup. It just uses the deserialized
IObjectReference-object instead.
I tried a simple fix which replaced the object in MemberNameFixup.Apply() after
.ctor() invocation, but this ended up in a NullReference, because dependand
objects were not finished.
