Hello
1. You have to download the .ISO file from a mirror. Burn the ...ISO image on to a CD, for installation
2. Yes. Download from one of the mirrors
3. Not necessarily, if your internet connection provider gives you good speed, download from anywhere you like
4. Yes, any one
5. the size of the .ISO image file is same, wherever you download it. Check the md5sum, to verify the integrity of download. If the downloaded file is incomplete, or corrupted, your installation CD, which you get when you burn the .ISO image on the CD, will not work
6. You need to partition your hard disk. Follow this link

http://dragora.usla.org.ar/wiki/en:documentacion:installation_guide
7. You can use windows, only to burn the .iso image on to a CD

Hello,
I am not sure I am directing these questions to the right email address, so if I am not, would you please be so kind as to forward this to the appropriate person.
I am considering using dragora instead of windows on my laptop.  I am only a user, not a programmer, not an engineer, not a techie, not a developer.
Would dragora be a good choice for me?  As opposed to gnewsense, ututo or any of the others?
In reading about downloading it, your site recommends using mirrors...how do I do this?
Do I download from dragora.org.isos first then go to a mirror?
Do I download from one of the mirrors directly without going to dragora.org
Do I necessarily need to choose a mirror near where I live?
Can I choose canada, europe or south america?
Is there a difference in the amount of hard disk space taken with dragora.org download versus a mirror download?
Do I need to partition my hard disk?
Do I need to do anything with windows (windows 7) to use dragora?
As you can tell, I do not know very much where operating systems are concerned.  Please indulge me and be patient with me if I did not ask the question correctly.
I definitely could use your help, please.  Thank you.
Dar
