[Duplicity-talk] Quick duplicity HOWTO released

[rsync.net]

Concurrent with the appointment of a new maintainer for duplicity and the
impending release of a new version, rsync.net has written a condensed
duplicity HOWTO:

Although the command line examples are tailored specifically to rsync.net
offsite backup, the HOWTO is quite general and should work for anyone on
any unix platform.
