--include-globbing-filelist /tmp/duplicity_files /home/user/

result is the following error

Last selection expression:
Command-line include glob: /home/user/ only
specifies that files be included. Because the default is to include all
files, the expression is redundant. Exiting because this probably isn't
what you meant.
if i remove the last line "+ /home/user/" the error contains the line
"+ /home/user/.gnupg/"
