Does Ispell work with Hebrew? are there good Hebrew dictionaries ? I
know this is a bit out-of-scope but I never use ispell outside emacs

Other thing I can think is modifying the syntax tables making '"` or
maybe Hebrew `"' word-part so acronyms will work.
