See if you have a file named stat.h on the
E:\cvs_home\emacs23\emacs\nt\inc\sys\ directory.
If yes, see if it contains
char st_uname[260];
char st_gname[260];
near the end.
If the answer to any of those questions is no, you have an incomplete
checkout or update. Make sure to pass -d as a parameter to `cvs update'.
