    uppercase for Czech, Estonian, German, Slovak, Slovenian, Swedish.

Some languages capitalize names of languages, and some don't.
Perhaps Dave made each name follow the convention of that language.

    I think it's too early to remove Unicode section, because it still
    produces different visual results than text in non-Unicode.
    So there is need to compare them and test visual differences.

Yes.  Maybe that should be removed in the Unicode branch, but not in
the trunk.
