This is because Miles Bader is syncing changes for Gnus CVS to Emacs
CVS and vice versa using arch (and the same between the trunk and some
branches in Emacs and Gnus).

Yesterday, I complained about the same thing.  Miles implemented
something to improve it in the future, see
