minibuffer -> C-h m

C-x C-f to get a minibuffer, then C-h m (or the equivalent from the  
Help menu).

"Lisp nesting exceeds..."

(the first time I did it, the error message wasn't even displayed -  
ist just loaded help-mode and was quiet then.)
