Well, I don't mean a literal TAB (which is what C-q TAB would give me).
Here is an example of the use of indent-relative, which is usually bound
to TAB:

Imagine I have typed a line with some carefully arranged text and that
the cursor (_) is at the beginning of the next line:

  1xxx   2xx      3xxx            4xxx
_

Typing TAB once will take the cursor to directly under the 1, typing TAB
again takes the cursor to directly under the 2, and so on. This is very
useful for laying stuff out. Where I most miss this binding of TAB in
emacs-wiki mode is when I am typing a code snippet inside <example> ...
</example>. I guess I can always bound it to something like "C-c TAB"
but I was just a little surprised that emacs-wiki had overwritten a
standard key binding. 

Anyway, so as not to end on a negative note, I'd like to thank all
involved in the development of emacs-wiki. It's a great tool.
