I recoded some of the functions to deal with recursive subdirectories,
so planner-search-notes should do the right thing now. However, I need
think I might need some changes done to emacs-wiki-visit-link to
accommodate relative paths and custom paths for newbuf. I may have to
override this with a planner-visit-link that expands filenames based
on planner-directory.
