Planner IDs are for people who like manually editing tasks instead of
using planner-edit-task-description. People aren't supposed to
remember the numbers; they're just there to link the tasks together.
=) They actually predate planner-edit-task-description, so for a
while, people had to either use planner-id or delete and recreate
tasks.
