Hi Jim,

Thank you for the quick response.

Yes, it is set to T

Aha! Yes, using a prefix arg, I get the reminder for Wed. The
strange thing is that with p-a-f-days set to 7, I was seeing entries
for Thursday 04.13 (both a scheduled appt task and a task entered in
the diary).

Here's what I get w/ no prefix (edited to make it readable and remove
task specifics):

Thu 2006.04.06 | 9:45 | | # foo
               | 11:00 | 12:00 | # meeting
               | 13:00 | 14:00 | # another meeting
Mon 2006.04.10 | 9:00 | 10:00 | # Remind for call
Thu 2006.04.13 | 9:00 | 10:30 | # staff meeting
               | 9:00 | 17:00 | # course

Any idea why things are showing up on the 13th. Shouldn't that be out
of range? With days sets to 7 I would expect seeing appts through the
11th or 12th (not sure where it starts counting from).

Hmm, so my problem is mostly solved. Ironically, my question is now
inverted:

Why are some things showing up past 7 days? Any ideas?

Thanks very much for the pointers. I'm feeling much more confident
that the forthcoming stuff is doing the right thing and will let me
know when I have an appointment coming soon :-)

+ seth
