It doesn't work, but it's not necessary I think, normaly, if I input
'downcase in the minibuffer when asked it should pass throw all the
code to replace-regexp-in-string which should use it as a function.
I do not see where the symbol 'downcase is transformed in the string
'DOWNCASE :-(
