[FR-devel] TestRunner line drilldown plugin v0.01

In the spirit of release early and often, I've put a rudimentary drilldown
from TestUnit output to editpane plugin on the Wiki. It requires a bit of
modification to OutputPane::Renderer (documented at
http://www.rubyide.org/cgi-bin/wiki.pl?UserPlugins/TestUnitDrilldown).

Currently only works on the presently open file. But it works. Enjoy:)
