[Devel] ft213.zip, ft213rc3.zip file corrupted ?

The file freetype-2.1.3/builds/win32/detect.mk located in the zip version 
of the package files seems to be corrupted (file length is 1505, and a lot 
of lines are missing at the end of the file).  The file length of the 
.tar.gz file is 3913.
