Hi Werner,

I tried to create tarball with `make dist` from the ttfautohint git repository.

However I'm getting this error:

make[4]: *** No rule to make target '/home/clupo/Github/ttfautohint-python/src/c/ttfautohint/lib/ttfautohint.h', needed by 'ttfautohint.1'.  Stop

I have read INSTALL.git, installed all the required dependencies and fonts to build the doc, and run configure --with-doc.
