Well, ok. It should be an option.
I use this now in gnone-session as well as in win XP.
It speeds up things, especially if you know the pathes
you go. 

Darg&Drop means you hold the mouse button, so
that's not affected.

It needs to work with dirs only. In WinXP, however, it
also works with files, but i think this is too dangerous
(starting applications accidently).
