Don't change system settings, it's been only for testing.
Here goes the next iteration - the patch is just a quick hack to get:
/usr/bin/gksu 'roxterm -e /bin/bash'
instead of
/usr/bin/gksu roxterm -e /bin/bash
Does it work for you?
