Done:
* asterisk for marking locked tabs
* tab menu for locking/unlocking tab (accessible by rightclick on
the tab)
* user action for locking/unlocking (Lock/unlock tab)
* closing tabs must be confirmed for locked ones
* for locked tabs - changing dir opens new tab
* locked tabs are saved across the sessions (when used option for
saving tabs)
