I will take advantage of this poll being a straw one, and will only
say what proposals get my YES vote. That's because they all seem
good ideas to me, but I like some of them better than others. So no
NO votes below.

YES.

These two are essentially the same (in the latter, the GDB Committee
functions as the ombudsman suggested by the former), but I like the
latter slightly better. So YES to no. 6.
