Initial Comment:
On debian system, when upgrading to Gforge 3.0:

  ~> dpkg --configure gforge-db-postgresql
Setting up gforge-db-postgresql (3.0-4) ...
Configuring for PostgreSQL 7.2
You'll see some debugging info during this installation.
Do not worry unless told otherwise.
Upgrading with 20021216.sql
DBD::Pg::st execute failed: ERROR:  Cannot insert a
duplicate key into unique index themes_pkey at
/usr/lib/gforge/bin/db-upgrade.pl line 976.
Transaction aborted because Uncaught exception from
user code:
