I use Source Navigator for this, which was an old Cygnus product, which is
on Sourceforge as sourcenav. It'll draw a tree of class inheritiance, etc...
It's a source code browser, so it doesn't matter if the code compiles. I use
it frequently for reverse engineering projects.
