[Gnewsense-dev] Small update to siliconmotion X.org driver package

Hey list!

Here is updated package for xserver-xorg-video-siliconmotion, which can
be obtained with dget:

This small modification should solve:
 'Xserver "(EE) Silicon MotionCannot read V_BIOS (5)" error'
problem on Yeeloong. Can someone (besides Sam) test it?
Unfortunatelly I don't have the hardware, so I can't build and test this
package for mipsel here.

PS. 10-video-siliconmotion.conf located in /usr/share/X11/xorg.conf.d
contains Device section needed in xorg.conf, so please comment/remove
Device section related to siliconmotion driver in your xorg.conf while
testing.
