I have to agree with this. As a former Debian user, I've been chastised
and cut off from the developers on more than one occasion. I've been
kickbanned from #debian numerous times for asking innocuous questions
like how to do something, then told to RTFM (rather rudely, i might
add), then asking where the documentation can be found, so that I might
be able to read it.
