sftp:// is a draft standard for uri's describing locations accessible
via the ssh sftp subsystem. Neither ssh-ftp nor fish are in I-D's as
uri's describing locations accessible via the ssh sftp subsystem AFAIK.
Having them as aliases for sftp would be like having
hypertext-transport:// as an alias for http://. Pointless, misleading,
and essentially cruft.
