Yeah, this is a known silliness; I think the theory was that it would all be
solved by [hoping I'm getting the name right] Charles' more general reworking
of rev-building.

I suppose a clean patch to switch the order might be accepted though...

[These days I typically have enough auto-revlib entries around (event though
I'm using sparse revlibs) that it's not a big problem for me anymore -- it
used to be _very_ annoying.]
