Hi,

In the tutorial, making a development branch is explained via the
set-tree-version trick. What's the method if the branch to merge from
is not up to date ? Is

  tla replay <devo-branch>--patch-1
  tla sync-tree <devo-branch>--patch-1
  tla star-merge <devo-branch>

correct and enough ?
