Tom, please merge address@hidden/tlasrc--inventory--2--patch-2
It changes the tree-lint process so that explicit ids must match a *source* file, not just any file. This should make it impossible to commit a revision that will fail a tree-lint if a clean get is done. It also makes it impossible for a file id to match a directory. 

It depends on the changes tlasrc--inventory--1.
