[Gnu-arch-users] Coping precious files

Hi everybody,

as I understood, precious file don't need to be added with 'tla add
[file]'. But my question is: When arch copy them?

Because I would need to copy they when I do 'tla commit'.
Are these files copied with 'tla import' ?
